- Type and size of building – new build, remodeling, foundation type, basement, R-value of walls and ceiling, how well is the house air-sealed
- DIY build, local mason build or interested in Solid Rock Masonry build
- Use type (baking, commercial, home)
- Preferred features (bench, bake oven, cookstove, etc.)
