The owners of Little Hat Creek Farm hired us to come over to their farm by Roseland Virginia to build them a 5’x7′ ID Commercial wood-fired brick bread oven for the new bakery that they were starting. We discussed their needs, wants and projected capacity and we decided on a ~5’x7′ ID oven.
